The project-inquiry form may collect your name, organization, role, work email, country, area of interest, and a general project description. Amy may process the non-PHI project details and contact information you choose to provide during a consented conversation.

Submitted information is used to organize, deliver, review, and respond to a NuruMed project inquiry. The website does not request patient information and should not be used for clinical communication or medical care.

Hosting, email-delivery, and AI-processing services may process technical request data or submitted inquiry content to operate these features. Public submissions should therefore contain only non-PHI business and project information.
